It’s Taco Tuesday again! Yes! And this time, I’m not cooking.
Typically, I steer away from taco trucks because all I can imagine is that everything is deep fried and greasy. But not Trejo’s Tacos! Danny Trejo, film and tv star, collaborated with few others passionate foodies, to create healthier Mexican cuisine. You know this is totally up my alley and what I love sharing with all my friends. What makes his cuisine healthier is that Trejo’s Tacos offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. For all those gluten-free folks… you can eat tacos with corn tortillas… because those are gluten-free! To spread the love these yummy dishes Trejo’s Tacos expanded it’s accessibility via food truck; now I don’t have to deal with as much traffic commuting across town from my office by the airport to Hollywood.
