  • 3 cups of cucumbers (sliced about 1/4″ thick) for 12 slices
  • 12 tsp of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh dill (minced)
  • 3 tsp of lemon juice
  • 10 oz of smoked salmon
  • 1/2 tsp of smokey paprika
  • 12 small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes


  1. Layer on 1 tsp of avocado on top of each cucumber slice.
  2. Add about 1.5 oz of smoked salmon per cucumber slice.
  3. Drizzle lemon juice on all slices.
  4. Sprinkle dill on all pieces
  5. Sprinkle smokey paprika on each slice.
  6. Add one small piece of sun-dried tomato per slice of cucumber
