Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
- 3 cups of cucumbers (sliced about 1/4″ thick) for 12 slices
- 12 tsp of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh dill (minced)
- 3 tsp of lemon juice
- 10 oz of smoked salmon
- 1/2 tsp of smokey paprika
- 12 small pieces of sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
- Layer on 1 tsp of avocado on top of each cucumber slice.
- Add about 1.5 oz of smoked salmon per cucumber slice.
- Drizzle lemon juice on all slices.
- Sprinkle dill on all pieces
- Sprinkle smokey paprika on each slice.
- Add one small piece of sun-dried tomato per slice of cucumber
