2026 World Cup: Best LA Bars to Watch Your Favorite Team

Looking for the best spots to watch the 2026 World Cup in Los Angeles, and I mean team-specific? You've come to the right place. Consider this your insider guide from one World Cup fan to another. I've been attending World Cup soccer watch parties across Los Angeles since 2010 and have experienced the magic of watching matches at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Wynwood Market in Miami, and even a Women's World Cup match in Paris. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup Soccer games hosted across the US, Canada, and Mexico, Los Angeles is one of the host cities and the stage for the USA's opening game, making this city one of the most electric places on earth to be a soccer fan this summer.

Whether you're rooting for Team Brazil, Team England, Team Mexico, or Team USA, there's a LA soccer bar, restaurant, or venue where your fellow soccer supporters will be gathering to watch every match. As fun as it is to watch a match surrounded by general soccer fans, I want to be where the most passionate supporters are, the ones who live and breathe their team. From lively Brazilian watch parties in Culver City to classic English pubs in Santa Monica and Mexican fiestas in Koreatown, this guide breaks down the best LA soccer bars and World Cup watch parties for 2026, organized by country.

Personal Take: I haven't eaten here, but I did stop by briefly to watch a match. This place gets extremely packed. People arrived earlier than I expected. The atmosphere is genuinely family friendly. I saw everyone from young kids to senior citizens. If you don't get there early enough, you'll likely be standing, like I was. Most supporters managed to find a seat, but if not, you may end up watching from a neighboring bar with fellow Argentine fans.

Personal Take: Although I haven't personally been to this location, it was highly recommended by a close friend who insisted it has to be on this list. It's a market, bakery, and restaurant that is family friendly and draws a very large crowd of Team Argentina supporters in Los Angeles. My friend said the food is excellent and affordable.

🇧🇷Team Brazil
Esquina Brazil World Cup Watch Party - Culver City
Esquina Brazil — Culver City
10826 Venice Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232
Metered parking · Neighborhood street parking available (watch for street cleaning signs)

Personal Take: I absolutely love watching the Brazil matches here; I've been going for years. It is electrifying. The crowd is incredibly enthusiastic, and the venue brings in a DJ and live music playing Brazilian classics going all the way back to 2007. Fair warning: if you have sensitive ears, bring earplugs because the drums get really loud. But honestly, I love it. When the team wins, the band often moves outside to keep the party going. If you are looking for one of the most authentic Brazilian World Cup watch parties in Los Angeles, this is it. There is an entrance fee, which has previously included unlimited food such as pizza and pastries, along with water and soda. You could likely arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the match and still find a seat, but expect it to get significantly more crowded during the second half. If you are planning to watch the Brazil vs Morocco match, I expect that to be the most popular Group C game at this venue, so arriving early is strongly recommended. The venue does not sell alcohol, but this restaurant does have a BYOB policy, so plan accordingly.

El Paisa Restaurant — Long Beach

Personal Take: Although I haven't been to this location yet, my football friends have shared with me that this restaurant is the most popular spot for World Cup futbol games for Colombian fans, which makes for a lively party atmosphere. The staff also informed me that the restaurant will be offering Colombian beers, margaritas and sangrias.

🇪🇨Team Ecuador
Ave Maria Restaurant East Los Angeles - Ecuador World Cup watch party
Ave Maria Restaurant — East Los Angeles
4501 Huntington Dr N, Los Angeles, CA 90032
Street parking available

Personal Take: While watching the games, I would definitely order two types of Ecuadorian empanadas, one beef and one cheese. Each order comes with 3 empanadas and they are so good that each of your friends will need to order their own. Trust me! The light crispy breading has a nice chew that pairs perfectly with the avocado and cilantro dipping sauce. And don't worry, it's not spicy. There are also other traditional Ecuadorian dishes like Seco de Carne and Seco de Pollo, which are rice dishes served with either beef stew or chicken and fried sweet plantains, great for lunch. If you're looking for something to fuel your energy before cheering for Team Ecuador, try the Bolon Mixto, a hearty breakfast dish made with green plantains, chicharrones and cheese. Although this restaurant does not serve alcohol, this spot does offer many freshly squeezed juices with minimal sugar, which tastes light and refreshing. BYOB is subject to the owner's discretion, so please call ahead.

Boomtown Brewery — Downtown LA
700 Jackson St, Los Angeles, CA 90012
Street parking available · Street meter stops at 4pm · Walkable from Union Station (Metro Train)

Personal Take: I still need to check out this spot, but it will be supporting teams Ecuador, USA, Brazil, and Mexico, making it one of the most inclusive World Cup watch party venues in Los Angeles. With 2 huge projectors and 3 additional TVs, you can watch World Cup matches in both English and Spanish. Even better, this brewery offers 18 beers on tap, including gluten-free seltzers and slushes. Don't worry, there are non-alcoholic options as well. There will also be various food vendors on site, but you may want to call ahead to ask what is available or dine in Little Tokyo or the Arts District beforehand. If you are looking for a lively World Cup watch party in Downtown Los Angeles with craft beer and a great atmosphere, Boomtown Brewery is a spot you will not want to miss. This spot will also have DJs, so it will definitely be one of the most energetic places to celebrate the World Cup games in Los Angeles in 2026.

Ye Olde King's Head — Santa Monica
116 Santa Monica Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90401
Parking lots nearby · Metered street parking · Permit required for neighborhood parking (some start at 6pm)

Personal Take: This is a chill English pub and a Santa Monica staple for sports watch parties. It has been around for over 40 years. I've only had beer here so I can't speak to the food just yet, but they will have World Cup specials for both food and drinks.

Personal Take: Another solid British pub, and it's within walking distance from Ye Olde King's Head. I've also only had a beer here so no opinion on the food just yet. Worth noting, this location is closing permanently on July 31, 2026, so catch it while you can!

The Penmar — Venice Beach
1233 Rose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90291
Small parking lot on site · Lots of neighborhood parking available

Personal Take: If you're looking for an outdoor space to watch the 2026 World Cup matches, the French Club USA will be hosting watch parties at this beautiful Venice Beach golf course. Think picnic vibes — family friendly (including pets), with food and drink vendors. I personally recommend arriving early so you can snag a spot on the lawn closer to one of the two outdoor TV screens, and bring your own picnic blanket. Just no outside food. You can also reserve tables that hold between 6 to 10 guests. Although Penmar will be showing all World Cup football matches, specialty cocktails, drinks, and wine made with French liquor will be available for French matches only.

Zinque Venice Beach - France World Cup watch party

Zinque — Venice Beach
1440 Lincoln Blvd, Venice, CA 90291
Free parking lot behind the restaurant

Personal Take: If you want a lively outdoor brunch crowd while watching the French team play, this is the spot for you. It's a hidden gem for French supporters because the restaurant only pulls out the big screen during World Cup and Champions League matches when Team France or PSG play, respectively. That's why you won't find this place on any other list. But as a fellow World Cup fan, I'm excited to share it so others can enjoy it too. Get there at least 2 hours early, otherwise you'll likely be standing. As for food, I personally love the burger with shoestring fries and house aioli, the hojita latte, steak frite, and the Quiche Lorraine. And don't sleep on the wine selection either. It's great!

Little Tokyo Arts District Station Plaza - Japan World Cup watch party
Little Tokyo / Arts District Station Plaza

Personal Take: I love the hustle and bustle of this area but it does get very crowded. If you want to buy food while watching the matches, you can pick up takeaway sushi and bento bowls from the supermarket Nijiya. There are also many restaurants within walking distance that are great options too. Personally, I would consider taking the metro to this location since parking may prove to be tough. Get there early as Japanese culture tends to be very punctual.

Guelaguetza Koreatown - Mexico World Cup watch party

Guelaguetza — Koreatown
3014 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90006
Valet parking available · Metered street parking · Watch street signs carefully. City fines cars parked on certain streets during peak traffic hours

Personal Take: This is a family-friendly restaurant that truly welcomes people of all backgrounds and honestly, that makes sense since it is an Oaxacan Mexican restaurant right in the heart of Koreatown. When it comes to drinks, I personally recommend ordering the horchata. It is a sweet, milky white rice drink with a touch of cactus fruit syrup. And if you want something refreshing with a kick, I highly recommend their in-house michelada, a recipe created by the son of the family. For food, my personal favorites are the mole flight with chips and the creamy avocado and grasshopper tacos. These dishes are pretty unique compared to most other Mexican restaurants in LA, making Guelaguetza one of the most distinctive spots for a Team Mexico World Cup watch party in Los Angeles.

Personal Take: Although I have not personally been to this location, this Korean German pub offers a wide selection of food and drinks, which is why some World Cup soccer fans will opt for this bar instead of watching the matches at the Radio Korea Building. Great energy on match days.

World Cup at Barney's Beanery in West Hollywood
Barney's Beanery — West Hollywood
8447 Santa Monica Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069
Metered street parking · Parking lots nearby · Neighborhood parking available until 7pm. Read street signs carefully as tow zone is enforced after hours

Personal Take: A casual and energetic spot that usually draws a crowd in their 20s to early 40s. Barney's Beanery is a West Hollywood institution with tons of TVs, so you will not miss a single second of the match. They offer a full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks along with a solid food menu. There is also a Santa Monica location on 3rd Street Promenade, which offers more parking options. Personally, I prefer the West Hollywood location because it has more of a local crowd, whereas the Santa Monica location tends to attract more tourists given its location in downtown Santa Monica. For Team USA World Cup watch parties in Los Angeles, Barney's Beanery in WeHo is a classic choice.

Cosm Los Angeles - World Cup watch party

📷 Photo via @cosmlosangelesca

Cosm — Inglewood
1252 District Dr, Inglewood, CA 90305
On-site parking available at the venue

Personal Take: Cosm Los Angeles is stunning and reminds me of a smaller version of the Sphere in Las Vegas as it shows matches from wall to ceiling in a dome theatre. I recommend purchasing seats on the second floor as close to the middle as possible or on the third floor as close to the front as possible for the best viewing experience. If you cannot get tickets for the dome theatre at Cosm Los Angeles, there is a bar area where you can still catch every match with tickets starting at $12 to $15. Food and drinks are available for purchase whether you are seated in the dome theatre or hanging out by the bar. I highly recommend arriving at least two hours before kickoff since Cosm Los Angeles is located right next to SoFi Stadium and traffic on game days can be intense. On days when SoFi is not hosting a match, arriving 45 minutes early should give you plenty of time to get settled and find parking. Many games have already sold out completely so book your tickets as soon as possible.

Tom's Watch Bar DTLA - World Cup watch party Los Angeles
Tom's Watch Bar — Downtown LA
1011 S Figueroa St B101, Los Angeles, CA 90015
Parking in building structure · Not validated

Personal Take: I love this venue for watching sports in general because there are over 200 TVs, two floors, and outdoor seating. You can literally have a view of a screen from every seat. As much as I enjoy the energy of the crowd, I personally prefer sitting on the second floor since it tends to be less packed than the main floor. The last time I attended a football match here was earlier this year, and there was already a line early in the morning. I would expect the same for these World Cup matches, especially on weekends. As for food, the restaurant shared that the most popular dishes are the Prime Rib Dip, Party Starter, and Deep Dish Nachos. I have yet to try those, and have only had the poke nachos, which is lighter than most dishes on the menu. I also appreciate that this bar offers non-alcoholic options. Although I have only visited the DTLA location, I did pass by the one right across from SoFi Stadium, which could be a great option for pre or post-match visits. I was also told that there isn't a team-specific crowd that congregates here, but I have a strong feeling that many Team USA fans will show up. Tom's Watch Bar promotes all teams. If you'd like to reserve your seat for FIFA games, you can do so at this link. General admission has no entrance fee.
