Come join on my latest adventures around the world! I’m very grateful that I get to work with tourism boards to share their stories, food, and culture with people who also same the passions. I’d love to continue creating more shows that make people happy and learn about each other’s cultures.
This video was in partnership with the Nevada Tourism Board and Matador Network. My cohost Adam and I drove across the northern part of Nevada to feature the variety of restaurants in this region. Some of the restaurants showed unique dishes like a Monster Burger (5000 calories) and Chorizo Burger (influenced by the Basque culture). Extra thanks to my filmmaker friend Jessica Peterson, who also has a blog called Global Girl Travels.
In celebration of AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) Heritage Month, I’m excited to share my Chinese Egg & Tomato Stir Fry recipe on GoodDaySacramento (CBS).
As a huge seafood lover, I was excited to eat my way through Norway courtesy of Visit Norway; this region produces some of the sweetest shrimp and mussels due to the frigid cold waters. Not only was this a trip of a lifetime, but I also met two talented chefs and cohosts The Great British Bake Off star Benji and celebrity chef Maunika.
Call me lucky because I had the pleasure of working with Matador Network again in creating another fun traveling segment for Visit Florida. My co-hosted video segment covered restaurants, pubs, and activities in Pensacola, Florida.
Promoting diverse cultures is a huge passion of mine. And I was happy to share this video on A-list celeb Ayesha Curry‘s lifestyle GoInspo. In this video, I featured the world’s largest mural based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This mural represents indigenous faces from five contents for the 2016 Olympic games.
